Print products are printed as ordered and are considered custom products. We will exchange a custom order only if there is a printing error. You only need to provide a good photo or video of the defect. You do not have to return the item. We will ship a replacement product—no refunds are available on custom orders.
Returning Jewelry:
We take care to ensure all products are checked and packed before they are shipped. However, if you are unsatisfied or have received a defective product, contact us at info@myrighteousapparel.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. It must be resellable.
We will request that the customer return the item to our warehouse in the United States. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund using your original payment method.
Please also note that the customer bears all return shipping fees, and we have to successfully receive the return to verify the status and condition of the returned item. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returning Print Products for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you have received products that are defective or you have received products different from your order, kindly follow the steps below:
1. Take a photo and/or video of the faulty item (As detailed as possible) and send it to us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Do not ship the product back.
2. Explain your problem in detail.
3. Send the proof to our customer service through email - info@myrighteousapparel.com
4. Our customer service department will confirm the status of your print error within 48 hours.
5. After reviewing the status, the customer service department will update you on your status for a replacement item.
Ordered Not Received
Drop us an email, and we will help you check with the postal service. Sometimes, the order is not received, maybe due to the following situation:
1) Address invalid
2) Held by customs, need information from the receiver
3) The parcel arrives at the post office, waiting for pickup. This situation occurs when the courier can't reach your destination/ you are not at home.
**We will not refund or resend an item if the tracking information shows the order has been delivered. The buyer is protected until the tracking states the item was delivered. The seller is protected once the tracking states the item was delivered. This is the same rule used by eBay, ETSY, and most other platforms.
Order Cancellation:
We reserve the right to cancel orders when:
Shipping restrictions in some places, customer service will notify you if this cancellation occurs, and your funds will automatically return to your original payment within 5-10 business days.
Product Out Of Stock
The destination address is a lock box or some other fraudulent scheme.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Late Refunds/ Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
